The Aliso is a 472-unit community located in the thriving Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. This expansive mixed-use development sits on 5.85 acres, spans 878,983 square feet across five apartment buildings that range from five to six stories, and includes 26,000 square feet of premium commercial and retail space. The amenities include a resort-style pool, a two-story fitness center, a game room, a recording studio, a green screen room, and dog-friendly play area.

Jade played a key role in delivering high-quality metal framing and drywall construction services across the entire development, encompassing the residential units, commercial and retail space, and a range of luxurious amenities. Jade completed the installation of a specialty Armstrong acoustical ceiling in the amenities space, featuring playful cartoon design and integrated lighting. This project was a blend of creativity and craftsmanship, bringing both visual impact and acoustic performance to the space.
